I had the honor to work with Justin for nearly two years while at After School Matters. He is a wonderul strategic and dynamic leader. Justin provided me with great institutional knowledge and support when I arrived at After School Matters and helped to implement a new development model. He did a wonderful job of taking on the challenge of managing all existing foundation support as well as developing plans to identify new foundations that could be cultiavated by After School Matters. Justin served as point person to the Foundation community and was successful in securing numerous five and six figure gifts. He does a wonderful job at leading a team and has a great work ethic. He is able to rally team members as well as hold people accoutable when necessary. He has the respect of his colleagues and is an integral part of the development team. Justin has always been able to handle the various twists and changes that come with fundraising. He takes them in stride while always working toward organizational goals. He is able to handle pressure well and his work product is always very strong and polished. In my years of fundraising it is rare to find someone as skilled and professional as Justin. He is top notch and I thank him for all his work and dedication!
