I selected Justin to join our team at Aclara because of his intelligence and ability to articulate his experience. Although he was fresh out of college and our system is a complicated SaaS cloud solution I felt confident he had the aptitude to quickly become a productive member. Justin did not disappoint. In spite of joining our team the day we went into lockdown Justin quickly became a contributing member helping us achieve our goals of reducing our Azure spend. In addition, as Justin learned how our system operates he was very diligent in asking clarifying questions and documenting what he learned on our project team wiki. Thanks to his efforts future members and teams will be able to better support the product. Justin also served as Scrum Master for our team. He showed great initiative in learning the role and applied what he learned in great fashion. He ensured all of the ceremonies were properly scheduled and facilitated them well. He was also constantly seeking feedback and accepted criticism well. Justin is very personable and able to communicate effectively at all levels. I enjoyed having Justin on my team and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
