I have worked with Justin as a engineer and manager for different contractors, providing services to Stonyfield Farm, for several years. I have always found him to be an ethical individual with a strong knowledge of the processes and maintenance issues of the projects we both have been involved in. During our business relationship together, it has been clearly evident that he has the respect of not only his peers but supervisors as well. It is my personal and professional opinion the Justin will be a valuable asset to any organization.

Key to a successful Manager and his department is to surround himself with competent, trustworthy & ethical personnel and I have that in Justin. His technical skills & knowledge are solid and he mentored the shift techs to efficiency goals never achieved previously by the company. A great contributor in the Root Cause Analysis exercises, he worked as a team player and never lost focus on what was important to the success of the department and the company.
