"Confident" is what comes to mind when I remember my time working with Justin. While grinding at the Security Forces Apprentice Course, and later working staff support positions, we had many professional encounters. Justin is not afraid to speak up when something isn't right, and sometimes that is just what is needed to move a project forward. Just when you think you are the smartest person in the room, in comes Justin, and nothing gets past him. Justin has gone on to do even bigger things since we parted ways, and will be a solid asset to any team.
