    • Warehouse Manager
      • Nov 2016 - Aug 2017

After a successful year training a new production swing shift along with learning a lot about a wide variety of machines (to keep production running). I wanted to go back to day shift as that aligns with my personal goals. My goal as a senior manager at LWO is to train a new warehouse and shipping/receiving crew and focus on training a new Warehouse Supervisor. I believe true leaders "teach a man to fish." Update Aug 4th. Today was my last day with LWO Corporation and the warehouse is now squared away and in good shape ready for next season. "Give a man to fish and he eats for a day, Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime". I wish my trained protege and recently trained new hire the best in the 2017-2018 season. Show less

    • Manufacturing Production Manager
      • Oct 2015 - Nov 2016

Oversight of entire company during night shift hours. Oversee all aspects of swing shift- production, hiring/firing, Human Resources, scheduling, staffing, project management. Hired more than 70 people and trained 43 people how to properly use equipment safely and efficiently. Achieved a balance of creating high quality products, in a cost-effective, timely manner; valuing both quality and speed. Machines utilized include: optimizers, molders, aldens, rip saws, belts, forktrucks, and many different styles of machines that use limit switches to digital. I even got to wear the "machine maintenance" hat, as there was no maintenance staff available during the night. If any machine malfunctioned, I would troubleshoot the problem while redirecting staff to another area, assuring maximum productivity and use of assets. My "swing/night shift" team consistently outperformed "day shift" in quality and quantity of items produced. I achieved this success with no background support staff/infrastructure such as HR, trainers, schedulers, maintenance, etc. Show less
