Structural engineering for a new performing arts center that includes a 1,400-seat proscenium theater auditorium, a 250-seat thrust stage and a 150-seat studio theater. The center will be used for recitals, theater and dance productions, lectures, graduation ceremonies and local arts and civic functions. The University of Iowa, Hancher Auditorium Replacement Facility, Iowa City, IA. Structural design of a 185,000-square-foot, 1,800-seat performing arts facility. The five-story building with basement features a separate rehearsal hall, lobby and administrative offices. Notre Dame Social Sciences Building, South Bend, IN. Structural engineering for the construction of a new 175,000-gross-square-foot building that will combine the university's social services programs, departments, associated offices and faculty spaces into a single facility. The project has a gable and mansard slate roof and a masonry enclosure in collegiate gothic style. Show less

Structural design of a 20,000-square-foot addition to an existing student union, and analysis and design of a 200,000-square-foot renovation of an existing concrete structure. Brimfield School District, New High School, Brimfield, IL. Structural design of a new 81,000-square-foot building with classrooms, offices, a large community gathering space and a gymnasium. The lobby and community spaces are comprised of steel framing while the classrooms and offices are constructed with load bearing masonry. The gymnasium structure consists of precast concrete wall panels with steel roof trusses. Peoria School District, Lincoln Elementary School, Peoria, IL. Load bearing masonry wall design for 74,000 square-foot addition with classrooms, cafeteria and library.  Deer Park Public Library, Library Addition, Deer Park, TX.
