Justin was a great Area Manager on our Sales Team during our time together at Mattress Firm, quickly reaching the position of leadership at an unheard of pace. He was detail oriented, and more importantly - results focused, aligning his team to reach budgets and sales targets month after month. Though his leadership was no-nonsense and direct, he managed his team with fairness and compassion, which in turn made his team want to work, and win, for him. Furthermore, Justin was able to stay focused and keep his sights set on the bigger picture (growing his team and fostering their growth, along with hitting sales targets), all while effectively managing the day to day curve balls and that come with any position of leadership. I recommend Justin as a Sales Manager as his leadership will help set the path towards greater heights and more success for years to come.

Justin is a passionate leader who has a passion for team building and sales. We worked together at the State Fair of Texas over a 3 week period and were part of a record setting team that achieved $5 Million in sales inthose 3 weeks. He is always willing to go the extra mile for his guests to make sure they are satisfied and at the same time lend an ear to other teammates who may be struggling and help them WIN. Justin would be a great addition to any team.
