Justin is a highly skilled training specialist both in facilitation and training design and has worked on a number of high profile projects during his time at Origin. His ability to see the big picture whilst also focusing on the minute details ensures that each and every project he works on is a success. His commitment to getting it right for customers and business allows him to create highly engaging training that gets even the most complex messages across in an easy to understand and digest way. Justin is an amazing L&D professional. Not only does he develop great training materials but also is amazing at making the Learning Management Systems limitations still work for the IDs’ benefit. Whenever I needed to get a deeper understanding of a business process or realign the training program flow, I knew I needed a quick chat with Justin and everything would fall into the right place. Justin is also great at taking some really dry regulatory content and gamifying it, so the learner is engaged through out the whole eLearn. Justin is a great team player and such a valuable asset to any business.
