  Designed and performed bench and pilot scale engineering tests in support of the Waste Treatment and Isolation Plant (WTP). I became the lead for bench-scale, non-radiological crossflow ultrafiltration of nuclear waste simulants and excelled at working with technicians, crafts, line management, cognizant space managers, and facility management to maintain and enhance the test system. I also served as a lead scientist for K Basin settling studies and managed the effort from developing test instructions to the completion of the final report.
