      Served as the onsite Assistant Project Manager for an over $900 million, 1.4 million SF project, San Antonio Military Medical Center- Consolidated Tower as well as contributing in the Brook Army Military Medical Center renovation project. Constructed an entire framing, blocking/backing, drywall matrix for Baker Drywall and other trades for four months on the San Antonio Military Medical Center – Consolidated Tower project, (SAMMC COTO). This blocking matrix was additionally adopted and used by the United States Army Corp of Engineers and Clark/Hunt general contractor’s quality control programs to ensure all blocking was installed in the right location. Involved and responsible for submittal review, inspections, tests and retesting in the event of failure of any item of work. Have the ultimate responsibility for managing quality control and safety during construction. Additionally, interface with the client and architect/engineer to ensure the final product meets the expectations of the client. Responsible for project management and supervision of all work in our scope on eight IBS floors of SAMMC COTO and met with the USACE and Clark/Hunt general contractor’s weekly for inspections and walk through. Maintained full overview and responsibility for all firestop systems and fire rated partitions in our scope of work. Additionally responsible for all firestop Engineering Judgments, documentation and inspection testing on SAMMC COTO. Managed material ordering, developed specific spreadsheets and tracking logs for use in the field by each floor foreman and Vice President/Project Manager, resulting in exact budget, location, quantity and control of all material.
