Justin and I worked together designing, developing, and improving products at US Synthetic. He has a unique skillset of creativity, analytical problem solving, and continuous improvement. We especially valued his creative, out-of-the box thinking. Our production factory relied on him to trouble shoot challenges with our most difficult products. Justin was also effective at improving team morale. He would occasionally bring homemade ice cream or chips and salsa and share with everyone. He would also champion extracurricular activities like fishing or snowboarding. All in all Justin is the hard working, effective, fun-loving guy you would want on your team.
