Solely responsible for leadership and management of a 75-person staff (military and civilian contractors) and $750,000 operational budget at a remote location. Developed Political Affairs experience and leadership role with coalition partners.• Established new and efficient logistical hubs for cargo and personnel through Northwest Africa by coordinating international agreements for Logistical/Operations support in Tunisia, and Ghana bringing about 50% savings to the USAF. • Trusted as a lead operational, logistical support planner, and detachment commander for the US Presidential and Vice-Presidential visits to Europe and Africa ensuring 100% success for these high-profile visits.
