Motor/Platoon Sergeant• Supported the transportation of highly valuable items and critical assets worldwide in a combat environment during the Operation of Iraqi Freedom (OIF08-10) and Operation New Dawn• Served as a Recovery Operator during both deployments to Iraq and completed over 80 successful recovery missions using an M984A2 Hemit Wrecker• Provided company support through multiple training courses as the Training NCO. Completed over 20 training events and trained over 160 soldiers.• Developed multiple systems for rehabilitating inoperable equipment using problem-solving expertise while working up the ranks at an unprecedented speed• Inherited a motor pool with an operational readiness of 20%. Within 4 months was able to bring readiness rate to over 90%.• Monitored and tracked priority shipments in support of other service members in hostile environments• Coordinated the movement of all of company equipment from Mannheim, Germany to Baumholder, Germany. The relocation totals were worth over 20 million with no losses or damages.
