As manager/director of TestNed and LTP Business Psychologists I worked together with Jurrian. I very much enjoyed working with him. He always showed a great sense of responsability, a positive attitude and approachable dynamics. He was also a very good operational manager, very capable to train and coach the different consultants of TestNed. Lastly he did an outstanding job developing and maintaining the customer relations with the Testned clients. He did this with thorough understanding of the clients needs, with smart translations of bigger concepts into tangible solutions and with exceptional interpersonal skills. TestNed acquired new clients and expanded its turnover with exisiting clients, among which is the National Dutch Railway Company. Based on my experience I would absolutely recommand Jurrian and I certainly would ask him to join my team again.

During Jurrians' time at Ascrum Rugby Club in Amsterdam, he fulfilled an essential role as the trainer / coach for the jonghe honden (young dogs) team. Being a student club, Ascum has no youth teams and so the introduction and development of these new group of players (18/19 years old) is a crucial element for the growth and sustainability of the club. Jurrian did a great job as trainer / coach of the jonghe honden and I can recommend him.
