I first met Jurriaan in his previous job at the Front Desk of the same hotel. I was immediately impressed by how relaxed and professional he was in this work, and how SERVICE to the client simply part of his nature was/is. When he was promoted to Reservations he continued to give outstanding service in a delightful and personable way. Basically, Jurriaan is 'a nice guy' through and through, who delights in helping others to achieve their goals - such as total satisfaction with the service offered by his hotel. He is dedicated, goes - where necessary - 'the extra mile' and is responsible: 'the buck stops here'. Although he was less visible, having moved from the Front to the Back Office, I always made a point of going out of my way to greet him when in the hotel. No wonder he's been promoted yet again!
