Cuchara is a two michelin starred restaurant in Lommel, Belgium, by Chef Jan Tournier who inspires its very modern a creative cuisine. The past four months I have worked there as a member of the service staff, taking on roles such as bringing and explaining courses in several different languages and overall creating an experience for the customer not to forget. I also help out in the kitchen assembling dishes when necessary and to do the mise-en-place.
