When I interviewed Jurij for the position of Account Specialist for Pelco Europe--now Schneider Electric--he had only just moved to The Netherlands and spoke only English. We needed a native speaker for our Eastern European customers and even though he didn't have the experience, I saw something in Jurij: he was eager to work, hungry to learn new skills.
