  Establishing a Communication Department to the successfully administrated EU programme foundation was a challenge. I was responsible for building up the website, creating the content and design for newsletters and publications, planning and organising events and campaigns, delivering yearly reports to the stakeholders. The crux of the matter was to motivate and engage colleagues to believe that sharing information is a benefit for their activity and the programme itself.
