Om de klanttevredenheid te kunnen garanderen vinden er constant nieuwe releases plaats om zo de front end (klantdomein) te verbeteren/optimaliseren. Taken: - Coördineer het acceptatie testteam bij het uitvoeren van testwerkzaamheden - Geef een kwaliteitsoordeel over de opgeleverde klantdomein release aan de hand van de vooraf opgestelde documentatie/business requirements/acceptatie criteria - Maak inzichtelijk waar het kwaliteitsniveau nog niet voldoet aan de vooraf vastgestelde richtlijnen - Rapporteer/adviseer over een ‘GO’ of ‘No GO’ scenario Resultaat : - Geaccepteerde klantdomein releases door de Product Owner & Acceptanten - Inzichtelijke rapportages over de openstaande bevindingen en issues via de vrijgavekaart - Rapportage en advies aan het eind van elke SPRINT over het wel of niet in productie nemen van de klantdomein release Werkwijze : - SCRUM Show less

This project has been completed on 30th of august 2009. Currently the project is in the "Nazorg" fase. In this fase we mainly focus on small enhancements too the applications based on user responses.
