In that time Junior has successfully completed a contextualised Essential Leaders Program that included the delivery of the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management across three states (NSW, SA and NT). Junior has also been instrumental in setting up training programs delivered by KI Training and Assessing to Veolia where a training need has been identified within the company. In this time Junior has demonstrated extensive knowledge of the RTO Standards and Learning Management Systems, he is always open to collaborating with our RTO to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the company’s employees.
