KI Training and Assessing have a long term working relationship with Veolia, and more closely with Junior. In that time Junior has successfully completed a contextualised Essential Leaders Program that included the delivery of the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management across three states (NSW, SA and NT). Junior has also been instrumental in setting up training programs delivered by KI Training and Assessing to Veolia where a training need has been identified within the company. In this time Junior has demonstrated extensive knowledge of the RTO Standards and Learning Management Systems, he is always open to collaborating with our RTO to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the company’s employees.

My professional and personal growth have experienced rapid progression under Junior's leadership, a direct by-product of the safe, supportive and welcoming environment Junior creates in the workplace for his team. Junior welcomes new ideas and concepts, offering a judgement free forum to express, challenge, refine and implement often ambitious plans. Over the two years I have worked under Junior's wing, I have seen firsthand his ability to fight for the common good, swim against the status quo, celebrate wins and learn from challenges - all whilst maintaining a calming attitude, a deep understanding of business intricacies and a desire to continuously improve.
