Currently, my objective is to solve questions which proteins are involved in motor learning and how motor learning-driven neural circuit modification is regulated in cell type specific manner. To solve the questions, we are using forelimb lever-press task for head-fixed mice and CRISPR/Cas9 mice, and then analyzing it with two-photon imaging in awake and behaving mice and molecular biology techniques.
