It was a great pleasure for me to work with Mrs. June McCants during my time as an independent contractor at Elwyn.. She brings an extremely high level of professional to the table. Mrs. McCants stays focused on accomplishing the mission and this is evident by how she constantly far exceeds her quota for placing her clients in good jobs. Her negotiation skills, which are superb, have enabled her to find positions for some very hard to place clients. She set a wonderful example for me to follow, and was tremendously helpful in terms of helping me become a better Employment Specialist.
