I had the privilege to work with June for 10 months. I transitioned as manager on an existing account and June was on the team. I found June to be very skilled at communicating application issues to users and leadership. She always presented strong suggestions for resolution on Problem Team calls. She was always on top of her tickets and responsive to users. Her Allscripts knowledge,as well as, her communication skills are strong. June actually took a call from me while on vacation for a system outage when I could not reach any of the other team members! Her dedication was very impressive that day and all others. I would be happy to work with June again on another project.
