  I educated nursing students on areas of Medical/Surgical and Psychiatric Nursing as well as Nursing Research, Emergency & Disaster and Nursing Leadership & Management. I also functioned as Academic Council coordinator wherein I facilitated the strengthening of the instructional resources of the department. I served as research coordinator and was able to conduct institutional researches, held research symposium and published a research journal. I also upgraded the awards committee services of the department and created motivational strategies which led to academic excellence of both students and faculty of the College of Nursing. As a Clinical Coordinator, I will be conducting strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of the RLE training of students and clinical duty of faculty.
