ON-BOARDING AND TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT o Prepares all the on-boarding forms and manual handbook prior to the start date of the new hires; o Collects, collates, and checks for completeness of all employee’s on-boarding requirements; o Assists in the creation HR employee portal; o Assists the newly hired employee with the opening of their payroll account; o Keeps all the termination documents of resigned/terminated employees; o Prepares the exit interview form and the clearance and route for signatories; o Prepares documents of the resigned/terminated employees for last pay computation and for release of last pay check. TIMEKEEPING MANAGEMENT o Proper facilitation of Timekeeping and Payroll. o Checks and validates the time and attendance records of regular and confidential payroll employees, agency personnel and interns. o Enrolls all direct hired employees in timekeeping devices/system. o Updates schedule of employees Operates/process data log-box output, invalid time entry, change of work schedule, overtime, leave and other related payroll transactions using both manual and electronic methods; o On-time and regular preparation of attendance / time sheets of employees provided by the Biometrics system in relation to regular hours, authorized overtime and absences & tardiness and other required documents in payroll process; o Prepares accurate employee movement and coordinates with EDP and other concerned departments in relation to salary adjustments and pay-out; o Ability to understand and application of timekeeping policies and procedures. BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION o Guides employees with their queries, eligibility for application and completion of requirements for Government Loans such as SSS and Pagibig o Establishes and maintains accurate monitoring records of all processed benefits. o Receives and validates forms for benefits claims of employees. o Process all statutory benefits transactions (SSS/ECC, BIR, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, DOLE and the likes).
