      We've undergone several training such as VA (Language) Training, Life Style and Culture, and Product Knowledge since we provide service to a wide range of products and services for Canadian Mall/Catalogue which is Sears. I've been to different LOB in this account which I find it quite easy compared to the previous account that I've been to before. Our usual task as Direct/Customer Service is to take orders, check status, conduct follow up and cancellation using DOS as our main tool. Canadian people are easy to deal with compared to others since they only call with an urgent matters and they stay professional regardless of the situations. When I got transferred to Repair and Parts sales, I find it more progressive in terms of my learning and growth for my career since we handle variety of concerns and encounter new issues everyday that requires intense skill set like multi-tasking and working under pressure. We handle reports, inventory update, requesting of parts, order//cancellation/status of parts order, booking of appointments for repair and selling of warranties. I feel great of what Im doing - assisting customers. I love to provide satisfaction to every customer I handle. I want to make sure they are assisted properly and that their expectations were met or exceeded. Its my pleasure to provide extra miles just to deliver WOW experience to my customers.
