  As Being a Inventory Officer the task which were given to me like always update the system aboutbthe inventory location and port wise. and Check all the inventory either its Long agings or Long idling. The main task to complete to updates with the time so that if anyone want to check that weather the units are lying they can easily check out on System. and on the other hand to make sure that no unit will be missused by the Agents for the other lines. Along with that we have to check all the Pre Alerts and The Terminal Departure report (TDR) to check out the loading plans. Along with as company buys the units for the different locations and ports so I have to check out the No of units that are picked up from the supplier depot and the balance unit. Its a necessary and important task as if we leave this uncheck and miss the unit it would the issue for the inventory so it checked very carefully and to maintain a proper record. Show less
