Resumed the QMA & Facilities responsibilities and following are the major operations: 1. Develop implementation plan of BMW Group Sales & Aftersales Processes . 2. Manages and communicates BMW Group Sales & Aftersales Retail Standards. 3. Lead the QHSE teams to accomplish Retail Standards. 4. Provides continuous training and support to Sales & Aftersales Quality volunteers in the team. 5. Provides regular input on QHSE status, as well as general strategic issues in Management meetings. 6. Conduct Internal HSE & Retail Standards audits. 7. Conduct HSE risk assessments as per ISO 14001 & 18001 standards. 8. Ensures follow up and closure of any non-conformances identified during audits within an agreed specified period, 9. Coordinate with the MEP maintenance & Workshop equipment suppliers in order to keep the facilities & workshops in workable conditions. 10. Liaise with Audit Certification bodies i.e BMW QMA Auditors & Local Government Offices i.e. Municipality, Civil Defense to meet their regulatory requirements. Show less
