Interned at University of Technology Sydney under FEIT summer consultancy for Optik engineering. I had to function effectively as an individual, and as Team leader in diverse teams and in multi-disciplinary settings. I was the team leader for Power Factor Correction. My task as Team leader included dealing with clients, Design innovative solutions for complex engineering problems and design systems, components or processes that meet specified needs with an appropriate consideration for public health, and safety, cultural, societal and environmental considerations. In addition to that I had to Understand and evaluate the sustainability and impact of professional engineering work in the solution of complex engineering problems in societal and environmental contexts I was commended for my leadership skills by the CEO as my team had consistently hit targets and always completed the tasks before the deadline.
