Major achievements: Started to close deal within 3 months since onboard, exceeded last year sales number by 6 months since onboard; High performance club in 2018; Main objective: Create sales plan and territory BD plan. Create and update sales pipeline weekly, to make sure the sales forecast accuracy. Accomplish sales target and other objects. Work with Solutions team and Regional Marketing to educate prospects on new releases, products and upcoming events. Efficiently manage a prospect through the sales process cycle in partnership with product units Achieve sales pipeline and forecast goals and defined objectives.
