  -Take the lead in organizing regular awareness raising events on important days such as World AIDS Day,Africa Health Day,International Women's Day and Malaria Day. -Facilitate workshops for community members on a range of topics,including gender based violence,teenage pregnancy,conflict resolution and condom promotion. -Strengthen the capacity of key community elders to sustain the program me impact in their community. -Conduct a base line and exit Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Survey to asses the knowledge of sexual health issues and the specific needs of their community. -Conduct weekly health talks at the local clinic and and assist and support the Community Health Officer. -Establish an Anti-AIDS Club and other educational clubs and activities with in school and out of school youth. -Establish and run a Youth Friendly Resource Center and provide appropriate advice and information for young people on a range of topics related to their sexual health and life skills. -Carefully monitor and evaluate their activities using a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation package. -Work in partnership with the local government and NGOs.
