  Member of the Pre-Opening Team. Created the policies and procedures of the Security Department and also planned and developed the Business Continuity Program and Crisis Management of the property. Oversee the overall daily security operations of Golden Prince Hotel & Suites Head Office and under the auspices of the Executive Committee. Primary Functions: 1. Planning, Organizing, and Implementing security programs, projects and other related activities in the Hotel; 2. Formulate, implement, and conduct periodic reviews of security regulations and procedures that is compliant with pertinent laws and government regulations; 3. Plan, organize, equip, train and supervise the performance of duties of security guards and other persons involve in security operations; 4. Conduct security risk assessments of company facilities; 5. Formulate and implement management tools to monitor compliance and violations of security regulations; 6. Maintain close coordination with appropriate HR departments and accounts relative to the strict implementation of the Employees Code of Conduct and of security regulations and procedures; 7. Participate in contingency planning and execution of programs, activities and action plans for managing crisis and emergency situations; 8. lead any investigating and generating reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons and other similar occurrences; 9. Checks the DTRs of the Security Agencies and endorses for preparation of request of payment. Secondary Functions: 1. Conduct or coordinate training on safety and security with internal and external parties; 2. Develop and maintain network with outside organizations such as the fire department, mutual aid societies, rescue teams, and local government agencies; 3.
