3Yourmind software is an end-to-end on-demand manufacturing solution that empowers companies to identify and produce parts when and where they are needed. At 3Yourmind I work for one of its self-autonomous cross-functional teams/squads as a frontend developer. Following OKR methodology (quarterly process shared across the company) allows our team to work independently setting our own goals which at the same time are aligned with the companies strategy. Using that methodology has allowed me to be involved in the complete product development life-cycle. Being involved in the design, development, documenting and testing of the product. Playing a more active and leading position on the product conceptualisation and creation process. At Konfidio, I worked for DEEP (Decentralised Energy Exchange Platform) Venture, building a blockchain-based infrastructure for a decentralised energy future. Where we developed from scratch into production a permissioned Ethereum based billing application for an energy retailer. - Designed and developed the front-end architecture of the project using React, Redux, GraphQl and Web3. - Developed Ethereum Smart Contracts using Solidity. - Deployed and maintained Ethereum-based distributed ledger protocol Quorum to Ubuntu servers using Docker. - Programmed Node.js applications that listen, process and push data into the Blockchain. - Utilised Web3.js to read data from the Blockchain and show data on the Front-End. After graduating from Makers Academy (3 month coding bootcamp). I found my first job as a junior frontend developer at Mettrr, an early stage tech-startup in London that build websites for growing businesses helping them get online and increase their visibility. As a junior developer my responsibilities were focused on writing code, learning best practices, and collaboration skills. However I I was delivering value since day 1st. - Accomplishing simple tasks. - Review Code to learn and aim for making improvement suggestions. - Learning Vue 2 (options API) best practices. - Getting familiar with Agile Development Processes, following Scrum Methodology. - Working in a cross-functional team, specially closely with UI/UX designers, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation (with the supervision of mid level / senior devs). - Coding up new themes for static customer websites using HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript. My biggest achievement during my time at Mettrr was to be involved as the main developer of the fronted for the development from scratch of a new CRM system for internal use.
