Julio worked with me for over 4 years in two different assignments. As Market Development Manager he was a quick learner and was able to come up with growth strategies customized for local markets in South East Asia. This was followed by a stint as Business Development Manager for EMEA. During both these assignments Julio displayed a strong desire to learn, to push himself and do more with less. Managing 10-12 customers at a time was complex, however he was able to deliver excellent sales and profits results through persistence, listening to trade partners and executing with excellence.
