      As a Bilingual Recruiter I was engaged mainly in contacting candidates for different jobs and proceed with a recruitment and selection process, which implied making cold calls, posting jobs, rate and compare profiles, manage salary offers, among other activities. It was also my responsibility to postulate the profiles to the jobs in the database and make a follow up for each case. Additionally, I also worked over psychological assessment and selection processes, in which I made assessment centers, individual and group interviews, correcting psychological tests, and resuming information in the HR reports.
