Andrea Peña Niño (she/her/hers)

I reported to Julio for a couple of years when he started as Continental Country Manager in Argentina and then United Airlines. During this time, Julio successfully merged the Continental and United teams and made the merger experience a bit more bearable for all Argentina Sales Team. When he was promoted to Andean Director, he dedicated to develop his teams across eight countries and help us foster the relations between each country in the Andean Region. He is a person that rather listen than talk, he is willing to give advice and he is a good mentor. I have consistently received good advice from him, he inspired me to keep going focusing in my goals and always give the best of me.
