El esquema de trabajo ha evolucionado durante estos últimos años, hasta llegar a una Dirección Deportiva desde la que se coordina todo el trabajo relacionado con las selecciones de Kata, Kumite, Parakarate y Kobudo.- Diseñar y planificar la programación de entrenamientos de tecnificación y competiciones de las selecciones regionales.- Responsable de construir la Selección que representa a Castilla - La Mancha en los Campeonatos de España en las distintas modalidades; buscando el mayor éxito a nivel nacional y conseguir que los competidores de este equipo formen parte de la Selección Nacional en los respectivos Campeonatos Internaiconales.- Gestión y coordinación del equipo técnico que se encarga de entrenar a las distintas selecciones regionales.   Dirección y gestión de los distintos Cursos de Técnico Deportivo de la Federación de Castilla - La Mancha de Karate y Disciplinas Asociadas. Estos cursos se enmarcan dentro de los planes de formación deportiva en periodo transitorio del Consejo Superior de Deportes.Actualmente se imparten los niveles 0, 1 y 2; tanto de Karate como de Nihon Tai Jitsu.
