Julia & I joined the same NGO and worked closely in the same team for 1 year. Julija is top-notch team player, who amazed me by being creative, sharp & a very fun colleague to be around. She was the one driving the mindset of digitization & process/project efficiency in the organization & went the extra mile by taking over additional roles, when the NGO was lacking in resources.
