Ever since I first met Juliet, I have been struck by her commitment, determination and business focus. At the helm of @2to3days, she has achieved huge success in supporting her candidates and members in achieving career success of their own. As a keynote speaker, both online and at events, Juliet inspires, motivates and galvanises her audience into action. Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, passionate and driven, she is a fantastic @CityCV partner - there are many synergies between @citycv and @2to3days and I am very much looking forward to our continued collaboration.

As the Founder and CEO of 2to3days.com I have an amazing story to tell – about women in the workplace, the changing work environment, and not least my own personal journey of building a business on terms that work for me, so that I can also be there for my children. I am passionately committed to sharing my findings far and wide. We know there are problems for business, society and community when we let highly-skilled, talented, professional, capable mothers leave the work place and it’s time we found effective ways to either stop them leaving or to bring them back. To discuss my availability and to talk to me about becoming a (keynote) speaker at your event, please connect and message me here or email me at juliet@2to3days.com.

Research shows that 43% of highly-skilled, professional women leave employment after having children. They do however want – and in many cases need – to continue working (and did not leave their ambition, skills or career vision in the maternity room). They want to find work where they can use their brains and expertise in a supportive culture that values their output and allows them to work flexibly. Forward thinking companies achieve the enviable result of recruiting highly committed, capable mothers who bring skills, experience, talent and contacts along with a loyalty not often seen in today’s workplace. As the Founder and CEO of 2to3days.com – and a mother of two – I am on a mission to help businesses find motivated talent and to help mothers to get the jobs they want. It’s a win-win, as well as being good for our society and good for our economy. To be part of this community please connect and message me here or register at 2to3days.com.

I worked with a wide variety of entrepreneurial businesses, from ski travel companies to solicitors, to develop the strategy and processes to increase the profitability and equity value of their businesses. Often the missing component that makes the delivery challenging, is getting the right people on board to execute it. Highly skilled, talented people are hard to come by (in any recruitment market). Yet, we create situations and working environments that exclude some of our most capable and experienced talent. Many of my clients got this. Managing a small team of leasing surveyors and external leasing agents, I maximised the equity value of the portfolio (46,450sqm) by securing a well thought through tenant mix on the best financial and legal terms for shop leases. One of my key successes was my work on Atlantic Village Bideford; in 10 weeks I pre-let 38% of a site which at the time was just three arable fields on the outskirts of Bideford in Devon, which in turn secured the funding. I looked after retail leasing for 25+ large town centre shopping centres located across the country, owned by major property developers and property investment companies. I provided the leasing strategy to meet the development/investment criteria for the individual centres and then executed that strategy on time and in budget.
