Bio
Christy J. Khoury, MSIM
I have seen first-hand the impact Juliette has on the institution she works for. Her passion and drive for inclusion and excellence are unmatched, which are seen in the student recruiting experiences at the Syracuse iSchool. Not only will she deliver timely, efficiently, and above and beyond the expectations set. Juliette embodies the 2023 spirit towards DEIA, and connects with her local communities graciously.

I actually met Juliette while we were both serving on Grand Jury duty over a period of several weeks in the summer of 2022. Talk about the ultimate team building experience - gathering a group of people from all walks of life, and have them work together to build consensus and make life changing decisions for the people whose cases came before the court. After collaborating with Juliette as part of our grand jury panel, a few of her personality traits came shining though: first was the positive energy she brought to the room, which really transferred to the other jurors and created a positive atmosphere for us to discuss and make decisions on the cases before us. Second was the compassion towards those witnesses testifying before us, many who had been through very difficult circumstances. Third was the passion and conviction of her personal views, which she relied upon, along with the details of the law, to arrive at her decisions. Although I cannot speak authoritatively about Juliette’s technical skills, I can say that she was willing and able to assist some of the technically challenged Assistant District Attorneys when they were trying to use the computer to present videos or other evidence to members of the jury. The Final Verdict – If you are looking for a shining star who will not only stand out with her own work, but also make the others around her better (like Michael Jordan with the Chicago Bulls), Juliette would make an excellent team member for any organization. She definitely would bring a sense of esprit de corps to any team that she is a member of and would always give 100% to make sure that team is successful.
