Nellie Konijnendijk (she/her)
Juliette provided 2 amazing online bystander intervention workshops for our university, one for employees and one for students and I cannot recommend her and her workshops enough. We had way more participants than expected and without any hassle, she changed the workshop to accommodate 100+ people. She explained bystander intervention and sexual harassment so clearly, answered all questions, kept perfectly to time and managed to keep everyone engaged. Afterwards I had colleagues come up to me to tell me it was the best online workshop they had all year. But what struck me most was her connection with the audience and her determination to go the extra mile for them. After this workshop I am convinced that we should have these trainings more often, bystander intervention is THE tool to change work culture.

It seems that she can achieve heights in absolutely any sphere she decides to set her heart and mind on be it human rights, writing, photography, cooking, or leading training. More so, she can successfully excel in a few of such trajectories at the same time.
