I had the distinct pleasure of working with Juliette twice. In our first shared working environment, I became an auditor and was tasked with inspecting the accuracy and policy adherence of portfolios of contracts collected and submitted for purchase. I learned quickly that Juliette has an uncanny ability to maintain relationships with outside clients without sacrificing company mandates or the quality of her work. Over the years that I was auditing the funding specialists, Juliette far outperformed her counterparts while handling far greater contract volume and incoming call flow, all the while displaying poise and maintaining the respect of our entire department. When I was recruited away from that role to manage a team within the same industry, Juliette was my first target to have join my team. I was overjoyed when she joined my new team and we immediately benefitted from her presence, as I knew we would. Juliette brings with her tremendous and steady work ethic, an approachable demeanor and extremely high aptitude. She is quick on the pick up and will immediately apply newly learned skills.
