In a very short timeframe she has worked for OLVG where she has shown to be able to analyze current processes, have conversations on challenges and needs with different stakeholders through OLVG while managing the expectations at Philips. She excelled in stakeholder management, communication and project definition and governance without prior knowledge. She was able to connect all dots and successfully advised the scope for the next phase in this hospital-wide project. With her support we have managed to grow with our customer, based on their needs.
