Juliet is very skilled at asking her clients powerful questions, providing helpful metaphors to activate hope and pathways thinking, and helping them craft actions that they can complete in the next 24 hours. She is caring, compassionate, highly strategic and holds her clients accountable. As a fellow coach, Juliet would always ask leadership conversation-opening questions. She would ask about how we requested students' consent when another coach would shadow for training purposes, and even created the email template for it and shared it with our manager who then made it part of our SOPs. She is a systems thinker who asks not only how can we do this well this one time, but how can we do it well every single time, and how can we do it with the most humanity for our students, while also holding them accountable to their progress and goals. Juliet has the big picture in mind. She is fully present for the conversations she is part of. She brings kindness and humanity to all her interactions. She is always on the lookout for how to make things better. She embodies Seth Godin's definition of a linchpin: a person who is indispensable to an organization.

Juliet is one of our most in-demand coaches -- she's knowledgeable, a great communicator, and skilled at drawing out others' strengths and stories. She's always willing to share her expertise with others and has facilitated a few training topics for other coaches. She has proven to be an exceptional, well-prepared, and engaging presenter. In addition, I appreciate Juliet's commitment to and passion for inclusion and advocacy. It has been an honor to have her expertise on our team.

Juliet's authenticity and sincerity has been such a guiding light for me in my professional development. I've had the pleasure of knowing Juliet for the past year as she was my career coach for my UX / UI design career track program. She helped me actualize my transition from architecture to product design, which resulted in me landing an exciting full-time role. I was impressed with Juliet's ability to provide tailored, nuanced, and professional advice specific to my background and goals. On a personal note, her kindness and warmth was also so motivating during this challenging transitionary period. I highly recommend Juliet for anyone needing personalized guidance from the micro (interview prep, writing, networking, etc.) to the macro (holistic professional development).

In addition, the constructive feedback inspired additional ideas I had I'm mind and some that clicked after speaking with Juliet 💡." - UI/UX Design Candidate "Juliet is a beast. She was absolutely great. She spoke a million words a minute, but every one of them was great insight that was super helpful. She asked difficult questions but wasn't judgey about where I was in the process. I was very impressed with the quality of her coaching. She really did extract as much value out of the limited time as was possible. A+" - UI/UX Design Candidate "As always, Juliet does a great job of actively listening with compassion and understanding and providing actionable recommendations. She is very professional, dedicated, and incredibly caring for people she is working with." - UX Candidate Show less
