      As a seasonal member of staff at Jamie Oliver's Fabulous Feasts (JOFF), my role varies depending on the event and location in which we are working. I spent the last two summers working at the Garsington Opera on the Wormsley Estate, managing the preparation, coordination and service of gourmet picnics for the guests, as well as being responsible for my own team of waiters and waitresses.
