    • Health and Care Partnership Director
      • Jun 2018 - Present

Responsible for developing the NWLondon Health and Care Partnership into an Integrated Care System. My main areas of focus have included: - Building and developing relationships across the 8 local authorities and health care organisations - I am very proud of how I brought together this diverse group of statutory organisations to work together delivering integrated care locally for residents and across the NW London system. - Developing the ICS transformation team of over 70 skilled LEAN and PMO specialists, working with residents, providers, commissioners and voluntary sector to improve services across primary care, community care, acute care and mental health. - Programme Director for Covid Vaccination - from inception to completion, I managed the vaccination team inspiring our 2.3 million residents to be vaccinated and providing the facilities to do this effectively and safely. We established and ran 10 mass vaccination centres, 36 primary care vaccination centres, 70 community pharmacies as well as vaccinating in schools, taking buses into different communities and organising large scale events at Twickenham, Wembley, Chelsea etc - Inequalities lead for the ICS - with the ethnically and economically diverse populations we have across NW London we witness inequalities in access to care and outcomes. My role is to listen to our communities, analyse the data and lead a specialist team to work with service providers to improve outcomes and experience for all. Show less

    • Director of Operations, Shaping a Healthier Future
      • Mar 2015 - Jun 2018

Leading the implementation programme team for Shaping a Healthier Future, I worked across the 5 acute Trusts in North West London to ensure a well planned and safe transformation of maternity services. This included closing the in patient maternity and neonatal unit at Ealing hospital, investing in clinical staff at all other acute units, building new facilities, expanding community midwifery in Ealing through working with Children's Centres and developing a consistent, high quality maternity service for women throughout North West London working to agreed pathways and quality standards. I then went on to manage the transformation of children's services across NW London developing and implementing a more community-based model of care, supported by highly specialised, consultant-led paediatric assessment units and inpatient care. With improvements in patient experience and outcomes driving these transformations we were able to demonstrate significant improvements in both access to care and clinical outcomes, Show less
