• Explored and observed abnormal cardiovascular, pulmonary and reproductive phenotypes and function in FNDC3 (Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 3 gene) mutant mice • Quickly learned new techniques to perform murine caesarean section, organ harvesting and dissection, tissue processing and sectioning and various histology, IHC, IFC stains. • Successfully managed husbandry for 150+ cages of multiple mouse lines. Maintained accurate breeding records and up-to-date databases • Explored and observed abnormal cardiovascular, pulmonary and reproductive phenotypes and function in FNDC3 (Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 3 gene) mutant mice • Quickly learned new techniques to perform murine caesarean section, organ harvesting and dissection, tissue processing and sectioning and various histology, IHC, IFC stains. • Successfully managed husbandry for 150+ cages of multiple mouse lines.
