I could say a thousand things that show how Julie checks all the boxes for being a strong team member. The exact details of each talent and skill she employs in her day-to-day work and how that elevates the mood and work product of everyone around her. But these all condense down to three main points: Julie is whip-smart, she is passionate and she is great for morale. In the time that I worked with Julie she never hesitated to learn new skills and showed an amazing aptitude for understanding complicated concepts quickly. Julie also showed an innate ability to follow up that understanding with the passion needed to educate her teams and advocate for well-reasoned approaches. Add to all of this great taste in music and a penchant for hilarity and you've got someone any team would be lucky to call their own.
