      The DOSC (device operating skill center) is the mobile-related technologies experts team within PESM (Mobile Services Expertise Department)Becoming integrated within this team for the last year of my engineering work and study program, I could realize many missions: - OS mobiles technology watch projects (iOS 9, Windows 10 and Android M): benchmark of the new Microsoft Edge browser, Always On connections studies, analysing data exchanged between mobiles and servers, figuring out clients impacts related to the new OS features, performing validation tests upon services (MMS), protocols (Http Live Streaming) and applications (TV d'Orange, Homelive),... - Investigation upon complex defects pointed out by Orange costumers : Wi-Fi standards, Mail, over-consumption of data, APN traffic,... - "Mardis du mobiles" workshop: intern events dedicated to the introduction of the new mobiles technologies. I performed these introductions twice. The first topic was about Windows 10 features, few days before the international rollout and then for the release of iOS 9 with the new Apple devices.Capturing and analysing logs (Wifi, Android, Field Medics) using Omnipeek, Wireshark or Android ADB were my daily activities to figure out those mobile services.
