He has very strong and innovative design style that pushes the "WOW" factor to the next level constantly. His work and creative mind always impressed me! As a creative leader he helped inspire me daily with his work and knowledge of design. Learning from him was truly a pleasure. He has made me a better designer, hands down. That's a quality feature you want in a great leader, inspire and make your team better. His attention to detail, creative mindset, drive to put the best creative forward and his great personality is what I enjoyed most about working with him. I couldn't ask for a nicer guy to be the leader of our team. Any team would be lucky to have him, I'm grateful I had a chance to be a part of his!

      As Head of Design for Samba TV, my resposibility was to foster and evangelize design thinking across the organization and obsess over user research and end-to-end user experience, optimizing the overall experience of our users to help generate $250M in yearly revenue..
